30-45 min consultation, this meeting is designed to assess if we are a good fit, because this journey will require some teamwork and trust. We discuss your current food and exercise lifestyle, possible roadblocks that you may be encountering, and what may be some reasons you have been stifled in the past, then create a realistic health plan to get you started. You will finish this session with a great understanding of where your journey starts and how to optimize your life through positive habits, exercise, diet, and mindset. This can be in-person, video call, or just by phone.
